Real Account

Be sure to stick to the money management guidelines when you only trade for small amounts of real money. Do not make trades with your whole balance. Set yourself a limit such as two or five percent of the account balance you invest in a single transaction. This way, you can gain plenty of trading experience, even if you are unlucky and lose money in the long run.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals are processed automatically and are completed within 24-72 hours, but it might take more time for your processor to post the withdrawal. Higher-level accounts get higher priority in processing.

Withdrawals of credit or debit cards are processed as “refunds” up to the amount paid to an individual’s account for funding. Any remaining balance after your credit card deposit will be sent via wire transfer.

For example, if you deposited $1000 via credit card, you earn an additional $600 profit, and you want to withdraw $1600.

Subject to KYC identification documents being verified and approved, $1000 of the total $1600 would be sent back to the original card as a “refund,” and the remaining $600 would be sent via wire transfer.

Traders who have not placed any trades on their account can request their full deposit back to the original payment source, e.g., credit card. This will be processed as a full refund back to the card.

There is a 20 USD  fee for wire transfers – however, any withdrawal below the amount of USD 500 via bank transfer will be charged a USD 25-unit fee of the original currency in which the initial deposit was made (USD, EUR, and GBP). The minimum withdrawal is 250 of the currency you used to make the initial deposit.

ApolloFinances may take up to three business days to process a withdrawal request once it is submitted. When the offer is approved, please allow an additional 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Canceling your account – there is no fee to terminate your account; send a withdrawal request and let us know you want to close your account. Withdrawals will be treated according to the protocol as mentioned above.
